Ingredients

Australian Roma tomatoes (76%), extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, sugar, chilli, basil, rosemary, lemon, Toolunka Estate naturally fermented olive brine (2%), Archie Rose Vodka (1%), lemon myrtle leaves. No preservatives added. Due to the cooking process, the alcohol is almost cooked out, leaving the botanicals to flavour the sauce.
