Also known as red tea, or bush tea, rooibos is native to the western cape province of South Africa. Rooibos tea is naturally high in powerful antioxidants and a wide range of minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc. Naturally caffeine free, it is a popular alternative to black tea, perfect any time of day. Beautiful served on its own, or with milk, this full bodied tea offers an exceptionally smooth, sweet and slightly nutty flavour. Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
